Before Déavi existed, Erika was running around hospitality - hotel receptionist, barista, support manager, helping run a restaurant and coffee shop. Great experience, excellent coffee, and truly exceptional pastries (quality control purposes only, obviously.)
Then COVID hit. She lost her job practically overnight and realised how quickly everything you've built for someone else can be taken away. It took almost a year to figure out what came next - but looking back, that year changed everything.
The truth is, marketing was always there. Even in hospitality, Erika was drawn to it. Promotions, photography, brand aesthetics. Her dissertation was on it. So instead of finding any job, she went after what she actually wanted.

Social Media Management - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTubeWhen this client came to us, they had a brand new account with just a handful of posts and no real traction. The content they were sharing wasn't optimised - landscape videos instead of vertical format, nothing built around a strategy. We took over full management across multiple platforms, developed social media strategy, and started testing different content types to find what resonated. Within the first month, eight posts went viral on Facebook, with the top three reaching 512K, 75.6K, and 22K views. On TikTok, a single viral post hit 52K views and helped them gain their first 1,000 followers. Instagram carousels consistently reached 4–5K views each. Total reach in four weeks: 1.8 million views on Facebook.

3-Month Strategy & Consultation PackageEgle was already doing well, around 30K monthly views, but she knew there was more potential and wanted to grow without handing everything over. Across six structured sessions, we audited her profile, identified what was working and why, and built a strategy around it. We covered daily engagement tactics, trending content formats, how to read her insights properly, posting times, bio optimisation, keyword and hashtag research, and content structure. We also built her a three-month content plan to follow independently. The result: her monthly views doubled from 29.4K to 64.5K in 30 days, without us touching a single post.

At the time, they were reaching 1,539 monthly views, a portion of which came from ads. We took over with five posts a week, introduced consistent visual branding and storytelling into every post, and added daily engagement. After 30 days, views had grown to 10,058. After 90 days of consistent posting and management, they reached 31,867 monthly views, an 89% increase in profile visits, rising to 1,391 visits per month.

Hey, I’m Erika, Founder & Creative Strategist at Déavi Marketing. A few things you should probably know about me before we work together:
I spent years living across the UK - Coventry, then London, which I completely fell in love with. The historic buildings, the glass towers, the energy of a city that never sleeps. Then at some point my personality quietly switched on me, and now I grow my own herbs, dry my own teas, make candles from beeswax, and genuinely enjoy countryside life. I still visit big cities. I just no longer feel the need to live inside one.
I have a cat called Taira, she is the actual boss of this operation. I dreamed about getting a ragdoll for eight years, found a screenshot on my old phone proving it, and eventually she arrived. She has attended photo shoots, visited the seaside, and once launched herself onto my laptop mid-client call. The client's screen went blank. Neither of us spoke for a moment.
I also photograph architecture and nature. Not people, I tried that in secondary school and learned quickly that humans have opinions about their noses. Buildings and animals do not. Much easier.
And I donate regularly to local cat shelters, because if you've made it this far and you're a cat person too, we're going to get along just fine.
